If you can already understand most conversations and speak about everyday topics, but still hesitate with complex grammar (like the subjunctive) or feel you lack natural vocabulary, this group is perfect for you. If you are just starting from scratch, choose our Basic group.
What is the dynamic of the conversation classes?
We don’t just “chat.” Every class revolves around a relevant, high-interest topic (Brazilian culture, news, literature, or daily life). We introduce targeted vocabulary, practice pronunciation, and correct common mistakes that English speakers typically make.
How do the $0 classes for "Active Students" work?
If you are currently taking 1-on-1 private Portuguese lessons with me, you get free access to our specific Conversation Clubs as a complimentary tool to boost your practice!
What happens if I miss a class?
Since groups are limited to a maximum of 3 to 5 students to ensure everyone talks, we cannot reschedule individual absences. However, all support materials and notes from the class will be shared with you so you don’t miss a thing.
