What is the difference between a Single Class and a Private Lessons package?
A Single Class is a one-off lesson, ideal for those who need to resolve a specific question or want to get to know my method before committing. People who don’t like group classes and prefer individual lessons, or beginners who need to build a foundation for conversation.
Private Lessons, on the other hand, are part of a long-term plan, with a structured schedule and a total focus on your continuous progress.
Both classes are recorded and remain available on the student platform for 90 days.
Is the material truly customized? How does that work?
Yes! Before we begin, I analyze your goals (travel, work, exams) and your personal interests. I develop unique material for each lesson, ensuring you learn the Portuguese you’ll actually use in your daily life, without generic content.
Do I need to buy any textbooks separately?
No. All the necessary learning materials are already included in the course fee. You will receive the digital files in an organized format so you can consult them whenever you need.
Is Conversation Club suitable for beginners?
The club is focused on intermediate and advanced students who can already hold a conversation. The goal is to gain fluency, vocabulary, and naturalness. If you are a beginner, I recommend starting with Private Lessons to build your foundation before joining the group.
Can I alternate between individual lessons and the Conversation Club?
Absolutely! Many students combine private lessons (to focus on grammar and specific needs) with the club (to practice speaking with others). This is the perfect combination for those who want to accelerate their learning.
How do appointments and rescheduling work?
We have a flexible scheduling policy to accommodate your time zone. If you need to cancel a one-on-one lesson, simply let us know 12 hours in advance so we can reschedule.
